Affiliate Program · FAQ
Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone 18 or older. You don't need to be an existing SCMS user — you can register as an affiliate-only account and start sharing immediately after email verification.
How much do I earn per referral?
The default rate is 15% of every subscription payment from a club you refer, for 12 months from their first paid invoice. Top affiliates may be offered a higher rate by agreement.
When does a commission become payable?
Each commission starts in PENDING status for 30 days to absorb any refund or chargeback. After that, it moves to APPROVED and counts toward your available payout balance.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts go out by bank transfer in monthly batches. You need at least RM 100 in approved commissions and a completed (approved) KYC submission. Submit your IC and bank details under Bank / KYC.
What counts as a referral?
A club that signs up through your referral link (or within 60 days of clicking it) AND makes at least one paid subscription payment. Free-tier clubs or clubs still in trial don't count until they convert.
Can I refer my own club?
No. Self-referrals are automatically detected and voided (by matching email, phone, or IP against the affiliate's own profile).
What if a referred club cancels or refunds?
Any commissions tied to a refunded payment are reversed. If the reversal happens after the 30-day PENDING window, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Do I need to report commission income to LHDN?
Yes. Commission income is taxable. The Platform does not withhold income tax — you are responsible for declaring it as part of your annual filing. Keep your dashboard's payout history for your records.
Can I have multiple referral codes?
Phase 1 issues one primary code per affiliate. Multi-code (named campaigns for A/B testing) is on the roadmap.
What happens if I'm suspended or terminated?
Suspension pauses tracking. Termination forfeits any PENDING commissions but preserves APPROVED commissions accrued before lawful termination (subject to the program terms).
